摘要
以曲词为代表的美国本土裔口述文学不仅包括口述文学中的吟诵、祷告等语言表述,也包括各种典仪中所涉及的舞蹈、绘画、神话原型、宇宙观、时间和空间概念等多种元素,并在此基础上形成了相应的修辞风格和表达策略.论文从语言特质、翻译及转换研究两个层面入手,以曲词为例,分析美国本土裔文学的语言肌理,并梳理西方学界相应的翻译策略及研究脉络,剖析其新的杂糅性特质,并进一步分析其在当代多元化语境下作为语言符号和文化符号的新的文学和文化价值.
Abstract
Of native American oral literature,represented by the chant,includes not only verbal expressions such as chants and prayers,but also a variety of cultural ele-ments such as dances,paintings,mythological archetypes,cosmogony,and the con-cepts of time and space that are involved in various ceremonies,which have formed corresponding rhetorical styles and expression strategies on this basis.This paper pro-ceeds from the perspectives of linguistic qualities and translation and conversion stud-ies,takes the chant as an example,analyzes the linguistic texture of native American literature,and combs through the corresponding translation strategies and research veins in the western academic circles,analyzes the new hybrid qualities of native oral literature and its new literary and cultural value as linguistic and cultural symbols in the context of contemporary pluralism.
