摘要
鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术(endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy,En-DCR)逐渐成为鼻泪管阻塞患者的首选治疗方式,关于其并发症的报道逐渐增多,部分并发症可能影响手术疗效、导致手术失败,个别甚至危及生命.该文对En-DCR并发症及其处置、预防作一总结,旨在加深术者对手术及其并发症的认识,强调预防及妥善处理并发症的重要性,为探索鼻泪管阻塞新的防治措施提供参考.
Abstract
Endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy(En-DCR)is increasingly accepted as the preferred treatment for patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction.However,reports of its complications are increasing,some complications may affect surgical effi-cacy,leading to failure of the surgery or even severe and life-threatening consequences.In this article,complications of En-DCR as well as their management and prevention are briefly summarized,aiming to raise operator's awareness of the procedure and its complications.The importance of prevention and proper management of complications was emphasized,which may provide some references for exploring treatment and prevention measures in the future.
