摘要
作为近距离放射治疗的一种,125I粒子植入已广泛应用于各种不可切除或局部复发的恶性肿瘤治疗中,均展现出良好的治疗效果与前景.由于具有疗效确切、安全微创的特点,125I粒子植入为不能再次手术、131I治疗不可控及不适合靶向治疗的持续或复发甲状腺癌提供了一种可选择的手段.该文将简要介绍125I粒子植入在难治性甲状腺癌局部复发灶及其转移灶治疗和病灶术前定位中的应用.
Abstract
As a type of brachytherapy,12 5I seed implantation has been widely used in the treatment of various unresectable or locally recurrent malignant tumors,and has shown good therapeutic effect and prospect.Due to its proven efficacy,safty and minimally invasive nature,12 5I seed implantation offers an alternative method for persistent or recurrent thyroid cancer that is not suitable for re-operation,uncontrollable with 131I therapy,and not suitable for targeted therapy.This article will briefly in-troduce the development and application of 125I in the treatment of local recurrence and metastasis of refractory thyroid canc-er.And preoperative localization of lesions with 125I seed will also be introduced.
