目的:对猴耳环嫩枝及叶70%乙醇-水提取物的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法:利用多种色谱法对提取物进行分离,通过理化性质、波谱数据分析等方法,鉴定了化合物的结构。结果:从猴耳环嫩枝及叶70%的醇提物中分离到8个已知单体化合物(Ⅰ~Ⅷ),光谱法鉴定结构分别为(+)-儿茶素(Ⅰ)、(-)-(2S)-5,7,3',4',5'-五羟基黄烷(Ⅱ)、(-)-(2R)-5,7,3',4',5'-五羟基黄烷-7-没食子酸酯(Ⅲ)、(-)-(2R,3R)-表没食子儿茶素-3-O-没食子酸酯(Ⅳ)、3-(4'-羟基-3',5'-二甲氧基)-苯基-1,2-二丙醇(Ⅴ)、3-(4'-羟基-3'-甲氧基)-苯基-1,2-二丙醇(Ⅵ)、绿原酸乙酯(Ⅶ)、4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基反式肉桂酸(Ⅷ)。结论:化合物Ⅴ~Ⅷ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the extracts with 70% ethanol - water from the twigs and leaves of Pithecellobium Clypearia Bemth. Methods:The compounds were isolated with macroporous resin,polyamide,ODS,Sephadex LH-20,HPLC,etc. their structures were identified by means of spectral data and literature. Results:The chemical structures of 8 compounds were elucidated as( +)-catechin(I),( -)-(2S)-5,7,3',4',5'-pentahydroxyflavan(II),( -)-(2R)-5, 7,3',4',5'-pentahydroxyflavan(III),( -)-(2R,3R)-epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate(IV),3-(4'-hydroxy-3',5'-di-methoxyphenyl)-propane-1,2 -diol(V),3 -(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxyphenyl)-propane-1,2 -diol(VI),chlorogenic acid ethyl ester( VII),4-O-β-D-Glucopyranosyl-trans-p-coumaric acid( VIII). Conclusion:Compounds V ~ VIII were isolated from this genus for the first time.
