Study on the effect of amoxicillin combined with Fuke Qianjin capsules on serum inflammatory factors in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease
Objective:To investigate the effect of amoxicillin combined withFuke Qianjin capsules on serum inflammatory factors in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:In this study,90 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease received and treated in our hospital from November 2021 to October 2023 were selected as research objects.According to the random number comparison table method,90 patients were divided into experimental and control groups,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was administered an amoxicillin capsule(1 capsule/time,3 times/day).The experimental group was administered Fuke Qianjin capsules on the basis of the control group,2 capsules/time,3 times/day.Both groups were treated for 14 days as one course.The therapeutic effect,serum inflammatory factor index,adverse reactions,and total defect rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group(95.35％)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.42％;P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the serum inflammatory factor indicators between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the serum inflammatory factor index levels of both groups decreased,and the serum inflammatory factor index level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(11.11％)was significantly lower than that in the control group(35.56％;P＜0.05).Conclusions:The combination of amoxicillin and Fuke Qianjin capsules had a significant effect on serum inflammatory factors in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease.
