Clinical observation of Xiaoyan Lidan tablets combined with ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of patients with postoperative patients with cholecystolithiasis
Objective:To analyze the effects of XiaoyanLidan tablets combined with ursodeoxycholic acid in postoperative patients with gallstones.Methods:Eighty postoperative patients with cholecystolithiasis in our hospital between January 2021 and October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid(250 mg/time,3 times/d,orally),while the observation group was treated with Xiaoyan Lidan tablets(6 tablets/time,3 times/d,orally)on the basis of the control group for one month.Clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal function recovery,inflammatory factor level,liver function,adverse reactions,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function was shorter than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate of stones was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in inflammatory factors and liver function indices between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factor levels and liver function indices in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyan Lidan tablets combined with ursodeoxycholic acid can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce inflammatory reactions,improve liver function,and reduce the recurrence rate of gallstones after cholecystectomy,with no serious adverse reactions.
