中药多糖治疗白内障的基础实验研究进展

摘要
白内障是眼科发病率最高的疾病,手术虽成功,但术后仍旧存在严重并发症.中药多糖作为中药提取物中的重要成分,具有多种药理作用,因此中药多糖在眼部疾病的基础研究逐年增多.总结近年来有相关实验研究的中药多糖干预白内障的基础研究进展,包括石斛多糖、枸杞多糖、山茱萸多糖、马齿苋多糖、地黄多糖、丹皮多糖、慈姑多糖、黄精多糖这8种中药多糖.发现相较于西药干预白内障单一的功效,中药多糖因其多靶点、多功效等特性,可以从增加晶状体组织抗氧化能力、抑制晶状体上皮细胞凋亡等多方面共同来延缓白内障的发生及进展,为临床使用药物改善白内障提供了新的思路与方向.虽然既往的实验结果显示出其巨大的应用潜力,但仍需更多的临床研究来验证其效果和安全性.
Abstract
Cataract is the most common disease in ophthalmology.Although the operation is successful,there are still serious complications after operation.As an important component of Chinese medicine extract,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)polysaccharide has a variety of pharmacological effects,so the basic research of TCM polysaccharide in eye diseases is increasing year by year.This paper summarizes the basic research progress of TCM polysaccharide in cataract intervention in re-cent years.It was found that compared with the single effect of western medicine in cataract intervention,TCM polysaccharide can delay the occurrence and progression of cataract by increasing the antioxidant capacity of lens tissue and inhibiting the apopto-sis of lens epithelial cells due to its multi-target and multi-effect characteristics.It provides a new idea and direction for clinical use of drugs to improve cataract.However,although the experimental results show great potential,more clinical studies are nee-ded to verify its efficacy and safety.
