肺癌术后咳嗽严重影响患者的日常生活,已日渐引起社会的关注.晁恩祥教授着眼于"术后体虚",从"风邪外袭、虚实夹杂、气阴两虚"等角度对其进行阐述,提出"急性期从风论治,疏风止咳;稳定期以益气养阴为纲,注重肺脾肾同补",同时强调"除邪务尽,解毒散结,痰瘀兼治",重视"寓调于补,调畅气机".通过对"风药"的性味归经的准确把握,一药多用,活用药对,敛散并举,表里同治,临床疗效显著.
Introduction of Master CHAO Enxiang's experience in treating postoperative cough of lung cancer
Postoperative cough of lung cancer has seriously affected the daily life of patients,which has attracted more and more attention from the society.Professor CHAO Enxiang focuses on"postoperative body deficiency",expounds it from the point of view of"wind evil attack outside,deficiency-excess complex,dual deficiency of qi and yin",and puts forward"treating from wind in acute stage to disperse wind and relieve cough;replenishing qi and enriching yin in stable period to tonify lung,spleen and kidney",simultaneously,he emphasizes"wiping out all evils,removing toxin and dispersing knot and dispelling phlegm and resolving stasis".And paying attention to"tonifying containing regulating qi".Through the accurate grasp of the nature and taste of"wind medicines",such as their multiple effects and to use different combinations of them flexibly,the clinical effect is remarkable by combining convergence and dispersion and treating both exterior and interior.
