Effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with quadruple therapy on Hp clearance and gastrointestinal mucosal function in patients with damp-heat Hp-related chronic gastritis of the spleen and stomach
[Objective]To explore the effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with quadruple therapy on the Hp clearance and gastric mucosa function in patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp).[Methods]Collected in March 2020 to March 2022,92 cases of spleen and stomach dampness Hp related chronic gastritis, and the patients were divided into control group 45 cases,47 cases. The control group patients were treated with quadruple therapy, while the study group patients were treated with modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the basis of the control group. The changes in Hp clearance rate, gastrointestinal mucosal function, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, gastrointestinal hormones, and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.[Results]After treatment, the expression levels of primary disease, secondary disease integral,Malondialdehyde(MDA)and vasoactine intrestinal peptide(VIP)were reduced,Gastrin-17(GAS-17),serum pepsinogen I(PGI),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),pepin,leptin expression levels, and the study group has improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).The Hp clearance rate and total clinical effective rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical response rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with quadruple therapy has significant effect on the treatment of patients with spleen-stomach damp-heat type HP-related chronic gastritis, which can effectively reduce the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, increase the clearance rate of Hp,regulate the intestinal flora in the body, and improve the function of gastrointestinal mucosa, which is worthy of clinical application.
