To explore the lipid-lowering effect of Sanye Pill from"liver main dredging"
"Liver main dredging"is one of the important research contents in the theory of zangfu organs in traditional Chinese medicine.It is believed that"liver main dredge"plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis and treatment of hyperlipidemia.Sanye Pill derived from academician ZHANG Boli's commonly used clinical prescription,has a good lipid lowering effect.Starting from"liver main drainage",this paper analyzes the lipid-lowering effect of Sanye Pill from the aspects of the connotation of liver main drainage,the correlation between the physiological function of liver main drainage and the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia,the correlation between Sanye Pill and the mechanism of liver main drainage,and the modern research basis of the lipid-lowering effect of Sanye Pill,so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical use of Sanye Pill in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.So that the theory of traditional Chinese medicine can better serve the clinical practice.
