Research progress and thinking of coronary heart disease animal model based on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine disease and syndrome
Clinical research and animal experimental study of coronary heart disease(CHD)is always the focus in the cardiovascular field.The animal model of combination of disease and syndrome embodies the idea of integration of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine.It not only has the disease characteristics of Western medicine,but also displays the unique TCM syndrome characteristics with the help of TCM thinking and different experimental methods,which is the effective tool to prevent and treat coronary heart disease by traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper,the methods of establishing animal models of TCM syndrome of CHD were summarized,and we taken the animal models of CHD with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome as an example and put forward our points.
