Development and metastasis of pancreatic cancer based on the doctrine of"subject-object interaction"
Pancreatic cancer is known as the"king of cancers"and has an insidious onset with an increasing morbidity and mortality rate at home and abroad.The toxicity of cancer is the root of cancerous toxin damage to the pancreas and internal organs,always with dampness and heat,blood stasis and the two agglutination,because of the disease,the deficiency of spleen qi,the congestion of qi,and yin and yangqi are not smooth to the key.The doctrine of"subject and guest are in harmony"was put forward by XUE Shengbai,a Qing Dynasty therapeutic scientist,and is mainly described as a symptom of dampness and heat gumming up,stasis and heat intermingling,damage to the veins and channels,and depletion of yin and blood,with the general principle of treatment of clearing heat and dampness by clearing the channels and removing stasis,supplemented by moving qi and dispersing knots,benefiting qi and helping to correct the situation,and nourishing the yin and blood.Through clinical observation and review of literature,the author found that the pathological state explained by"subject and guest are in harmony with each other",which is highly similar to the development and metastasis of pancreatic cancer.A test case is also attached to help support the evidence.
