国医大师李佃贵基于"五志过极"辨治胃食管反流病

胃食管反流病是消化系统疾病中常见病之一,临床上对于该病的治疗存在很多难点,目前西医治疗该病多从抑制胃酸分泌、保护胃黏膜屏障等角度出发,短时间内能缓解症状,但仍存在复发率高等不足.中医从情志角度治疗该病效果颇佳,而"五志过极"理论是情志因素导致疾病的重要部分之一.国医大师李佃贵教授在临床上从情志角度出发治疗胃食管反流病疗效显著,认为"五志过极"是该病的重要病因.文章主要介绍国医大师基于"五志过极"理论治疗胃食管反流病的经验,总结其治疗该病的思想,以期为临床提供重要的诊疗思路.
Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease based on the theory of"five excessive emotions"by master of traditional Chinese medicine LI Diangui
Gastroesophageal reflux disease is one of the common diseases of the digestive system,and there are many difficulties in the treatment of this disease in clinical practice.Currently western medicine treatment of this disease is mainly from the perspective of inhibiting gastric acid secretion and protecting gastric mucosal barrier,which can relieve symptoms in a short time,but there are still shortcomings such as high recurrence rate.Traditional Chinese medicine is quite effective in treating this disease from the perspective of emotion,and the theory of"five extremes"is one of the important parts of the disease caused by emotional factors.Professor LI Diangui,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,has a remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease from the perspective of emotion,and believes that"five extremes"is an important cause of this disease.This article mainly introduces the experience of the master of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease based on the theory of"five aspirations and excess",and summarizes his thoughts on the treatment of this disease,in order to provide important diagnosis and treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease.
