To explore the treatment of Jueyin insomnia with Wumei Pills from the theory of"opening and closing pivot"
The pathogenesis of insomnia is complex,which is the loss of yin and yang.Jueyin meridian is the meridian of two yin.Jueyin disease caused by insomnia is mostly stubborn,lingering difficult to cure.By discussing the theory of"opening and closing pivot"and"the recovery time of six meridians",the causes of adverse Jueyin closing mechanism and the characteristics of upper heat and lower cold type of sleep loss are clarified.Based on the theory of"opening and closing pivot"and"the recovery time of six meridians",the author analyzed Wumei Pill and its main symptoms,clarified the principle and clinical effect of this prescription in the treatment of insomnia,and provided theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of Jueyin insomnia with upper heat and lower cold.
