基于中西医临床病证特点的广泛性焦虑症动物模型分析

广泛性焦虑症是一种慢性精神疾病,常表现为焦虑、忧虑、紧张以及对日常事件和问题的恐惧,严重影响着患者的工作、学习和日常生活.以广泛性焦虑症的中西医诊断标准和临床表现为基础,对广泛性焦虑症的动物模型的造模方法和特点进行系统归纳,同时对现有动物模型的中西医临床吻合度进行对比分析,为未来相关实验研究提供参考.结果发现,现有广泛性焦虑症动物模型的临床吻合度处于中等水平,以中医证型为导向的中西医联合造模方法较少.制备与中医证型相符的动物模型是探究中医药治疗广泛性焦虑症有效性及科学性的关键,对广泛性焦虑症的临床治疗及防治具有重要意义.
Analysis of animal model of generalized anxiety disorder based on clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese and Western medicine
Generalized anxiety disorder is a chronic mental illness,often manifested as anxiety,worry,tension,as well as the fear of daily events and problems,which seriously affects the work,study and daily life of the sick population.Based on the diagnostic criteria and clinical manifestations of generalized anxiety disorder,this study systematically summarized the methods and characteristics of animal models of generalized anxiety disorder,and also analyzed the clinical consistency of existing animal models,so as to provide reference for future relevant experimental studies.The results found that the clinical consistency of the existing animal models of generalized anxiety disorder was at a medium level,and there are few combined mold making methods of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine guided by traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type.The preparation of animal model consistent with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is the key to explore the effectiveness and scientificity of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder,which is of great significance for the clinical treatment and treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.
