Exploration of the theory of seasonal"yang qi elevation and circular movement"of the human body
The human seasonal"yangqi lifting and round movement"is based on the"man-nature correspondence"idea established to the yin and yang ascending and descending and lowering of the internal organs and qi lifting and lowering of the organs and the four seasons of the five zang organs and yin and yang doctrine as a theoretical basis. It is a theory that the"double circulation"of qi movement and transformation of zang-fu,has an impact on human physiology and pathology. In this theoretical perspective, yang qi of zang-fu presents seasonal changes in the law characteristics,to mobilize the physiological function of the five zang organs and promote the qi of zang-fu.In the human pathological state, seasonal yang qi lifting and movement of the five viscera have an impact on disease pathology, forming a certain pattern of seasonal change. In this paper,we explore the specific connotation of"circular motion of yang qi ascending and descending",explore its influence on the physiological characteristics of the five zang organs and changes in disease mechanism, enrich the study of seasonal law in time medicine of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and put forward the problems of the current research on the theory of circular movement,to help clinical research and diagnosis and treatment of diseases. This study will enrich the study of seasonal patterns in time medicine of TCM,raise the problems of the current research on circular motion theory, and provide new ideas for clinical research and diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
