The Construction of Industrial Colleges in Vocational Undergraduate Colleges:Internal Logic,Realistic Examination,and Promotion Path
Vocational undergraduate education is an important content and element in building a high-quality education system in China.As the main practical platform for vocational undergraduate education to deepen the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation,the industrial college is the main path for vocational undergraduate colleges to explore the reform of characteristic talents training models and innovative teaching models.The article analyzes the connotation of the construction of industrial colleges in vocational undergraduate colleges,and sorts out the internal logic of the construction of industrial colleges in vocational undergraduate colleges from the aspects of industrial demand orientation,multiple education models,serving society and career development based on constructivism learning theory.By examining the shortcomings and problems existing in the construction of industrial colleges in current vocational undergraduate colleges,the promotion paths of vocational undergraduate colleges constructing industrial colleges are put forward from four aspects:exploring multiple collaborative cooperation models,innovatively building a practical teaching system,consolidating the construction of a mixed teaching team,and continuously optimizing the development ecology of industrial colleges.
