基于CDIO理论的职业本科实践教学环节的开发与应用——以"航空发动机维护实训"课程为例

职业本科教育的横空出世让职业教育体系更加完善,但是也给职业教育出了很多难题,如何跳出现有专科实践教学的窠臼,建立属于本科实践教学的新模式便是其中之一。与现代专科实践教育注重学生动手能力的培养不同,职业本科的实践教育还要同时兼顾脑力劳动的培养,让职业教育重新回归到黄炎培先生提出的"手脑并用,双手万能"上来。为了实现上述目标,通过引入CDIO理论,将其构思、设计、实现、运作的流程运用在实践教学体系的建立上,构建一种以学生为主体的实践教学模式,并设计出配套的评价体系。最后,通过在真实实践教学课堂的应用,证明该方法不仅切实可行,而且对学生的评价更加合理有效。
Design and Application of Vocational Undergraduate Practical Teaching Based on CDIO Theory—Taking the Course of"Aviation Engine Maintenance Training"as an Example
The emergence of vocational undergraduate education has made the vocational education system more perfect,but it has also created many problems for vocational education.One of them is how to jump out of the existing college practical teaching model and establish a new model of undergraduate practical teaching.Unlike modern junior college practical education,which pays attention to the cultivation of students'practical ability,vocational undergraduate practical education should also give consideration to the cultivation of mental labor at the same time,so that vocational education can return to the"combination of hand and brain,be omnipotent with both hands"proposed by Mr.Huang Yanpei.In order to achieve the above goals,by introducing the CDIO theory,the process of conceptualizing,designing,implementing,and operating is applied to the establishment of a practical teaching system,constructing a student-centered practical teaching model,and designing a supporting evaluation system.Finally,the application of this method in the real practical classroom teaching proves that this method is not only feasible,but also more reasonable and effective in the evaluation of students.
