The cross-border professional quality of"double-qualified"teachers in vocational education determines that their exis-tence logic is highly compatible with the development of production and education integration,which is the necessary meaning of the development of production and education integration in vocational education.The long-time contradiction between supply and demand,incomplete training system,low professional recognition,and inadequate role of part-time teachers in enterprises have af-fected the effectiveness of the"double-qualified"teacher team.In response to these issues,we will explore ways to strengthen the construction of a"double-qualified"teacher team through the combination of introduction and education,multi-subject joint train-ing,optimization of training systems,improvement of institutional guarantees,and smooth two-way part-time and salary channels for schools and enterprises.
