Research on the Innovative Development of Industry-education Integration in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Municipal Industry-education Consortia
With the continuous change of industrial structure and the evolution of market demand,how higher vocational colleges can better cooperate with enterprises to achieve a close match between talents cultivation and industrial demand has become an important issue.This paper stresses the importance of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises by analyzing the concept and characteristics of municipal industry-education consortium.At the same time,for the problems existing in the development of industry-education integration(such as the different concepts of industry-education integration,the disconnection between talents cultivation and market demand,the imperfect cooperation mechanism,and the insufficient construction of teaching staff),the study proposes specific strategies to solve these problems.These strategies provide powerful support for realizing the effective docking between talents cultivation and industrial demand,promoting the innovative development of industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges,and regional economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading.
