数字转型背景下现代物流管理专业"四位一体"多元育人模式探索

摘要
数字化技术的快速发展正推动产业的数字化转型升级,培养满足时代和社会发展需求的数字物流人才已成为必然趋势.通过梳理数字经济时代下物流人才在知识结构、职业技能和职业素养等三个方面的新需求,结合"岗课赛证"综合育人机制,探索基于"岗课赛证"融通的学校、企业、行业和政府等多元主体协同育人模式,并从找准人才定位、重构课程体系、优化评价体系、深化产教融合等四个方面提出具体的实施路径,以期培养出符合数字经济时代需求的高素质数字化、智慧化物流人才.
Abstract
The rapid development of digital technology is promoting the digital transformation and upgrading of the industry,and it has become an inevitable trend to cultivate digital logistics talents that meet the needs of the times and social development.This paper first sorts out the new demands of logistics talents in the three aspects of knowledge structure,professional skills and professional quality in the era of digital economy.Combined with the comprehensive educational mechanism of"post,course,competition and certificate",a multi-subject collaborative education model of the school,enterprise,industry and government is explored based on"post,course,competition and certificate".The paper puts forward specific implementation paths from the four aspects of identifying talents positioning,reconstructing the curriculum system,optimizing the evaluation system,and deepening the integration of industry and education,with a view to cultivating high-quality,digital and intelligent logistics talents that meet the needs of the digital economy era.
