应用本科与职业本科人才培养模式比较研究与建构取向

应用本科与职业本科人才培养模式已有研究认为,应用本科左右摇摆,针对性不强,特色不鲜明;职业本科泛化,与应用本科一概而论,两者人才培养模式趋同。本文对两类本科现有人才培养典型模式进行比较研究,发现其差异不明显。在界定相关概念基础上,提出了两类本科人才培养模式应然的不同建构取向:应用本科以专业性为基石,构建通专结合型专业人才培养模式,遵循以学科专业理论知识为逻辑起点并主导的培养规律;职业本科以职业性为基石,构建职业技术技能型人才培养模式,遵循以岗位工作任务为逻辑起点,以行动导向为主导的培养规律。
Comparative Research and Construction Orientation of Talents Training Mode between Applied Undergraduate and Vocational Undergraduate
The existing research on the talents training modes of applied undergraduate and vocational undergraduate shows that applied undergraduate is swinging,without strong pertinence,and distinctive characteristics;while vocational undergraduate is generalized,similar to applied undergraduate,and the two talents training modes converge.This paper makes a comparative study of the two typical models of undergraduate talents training,and the conclusion is that the difference is not obvious.On the basis of defining the relevant concepts,this paper puts forward two kinds of different construction orientations of undergraduate talents training modes:applied undergraduate should take specialty as the cornerstone to build a professional talents training mode based on the combination of general and specialty,and follow the training law based on the theoretical knowledge of the subject as the logical starting point and the leading;vocational undergraduate takes occupation as the cornerstone,builds the training mode of vocational and technical talents,and follows the training law of taking the job task as the logical starting point and taking action orientation as the leading.
