项目制治理体制和职业院校的自身发展需要助推职业教育质量评价的项目化。现实中,项目在职业教育质量评价中的符号价值容易掩盖职业教育的质量内涵、动摇教学工作的核心地位、影响职业教育的基本价值取向,在一定程度上影响到职业教育质量的持续提升。只有重新认识职业教育的质量内涵,强化职业教育质量标准的育人导向、培育具有自身特色的质量文化、优化项目管理,才能彰显项目的质量价值,为职业教育的高质量发展提供保障。
The Event Logic,Symbolic Effect,and Optimization Strategy of Project-based Vocational Education Quality
The project-based governance system and the self-development needs of vocational colleges have promoted the project-based trend of vocational education quality evaluation.In reality,the symbolic value of projects in the evaluation of vocational edu-cation quality can easily conceal the quality connotation of vocational education,shake the core position of teaching work,and affect the basic value orientation of vocational education,which to some extent restricts the continuous improvement of vocational educa-tion quality.Only by re-understanding the quality connotation of vocational education,strengthening the educational orientation of vocational education quality standards,cultivating a quality culture with its own characteristics,and optimizing project management,can the quality value of projects be demonstrated,and reliable guarantees be provided for the high-quality development of vocation-al education.
