摘要
基于对粤港澳大湾区职业教育产教融合的全面梳理,建立相应的质量评价体系.从政府、行业、学校、企业、教师、学生等六大维度进行评价指标的初步筛选,采用德尔菲法进行两轮专家咨询,确定各评价指标的权重,通过案例分析验证所构建的指标体系.研究表明职业教育产教融合质量评价指标体系有助于建立产教融合理论与职业教学管理决策问题间的纽带,可为广大职业院校推进高水平的产教融合提供评价参考.
Abstract
Based on comprehensive understanding of the current situation of the integration of production and education in vocational education in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA),a corresponding quality evaluation system is established.The indicators are analyzed and screened from the six dimensions of government,industry,schools,enterprises,teachers and students.The two rounds of expert consultation using Delphi method are conducted to determine the weights of each evaluation index.Finally,the indicator system is verified through case study.The research results show that the quality evaluation index system for the integration of production and education in vocational education is helpful to establish the link between the theory of integration of production and education and the decision-making of vocational teaching management.It can provide evaluation reference for the majority of vocational colleges to promote high-level integration of production and education.
