A Study on Adaptability of Vocational Education to Regional Economic Development—Based on 2022 Quality Annual Report of 7 Double-high Plan Colleges in Tianjin
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made it clear that high-quality development is the primary task of building the modern socialist country in all respects.Thus,the word"high-quality"has appeared in important national policy documents more than once,and has become veritable"frequently used words".While the high-quality development of vocational education matters consolidating the type orientation of vocational education and promoting economic development.In view of problems that few top 500 enterprises in the world and China land in Tianjin,Tianjin top 100 enterprises do not cover the key industries in Tianjin,there is overlap in setting professional groups at different levels in Tianjin vocational colleges,there are gaps in serving high-end industries,the proportion of graduates in the city is not high,and students employment industries do not match their majors,the paper proposes that in the future Tianjin needs to attract high-quality enterprises,improve the school-running level of vocational colleges,optimize human resources,and strengthen the income guarantee mechanism of vocational college graduates,so as to improve the adaptability of vocational education and regional economy.
