Difficulties and Solutions Faced by Construction of Collaborative Community in Vocational Education Innovation Teams under Theory of Collaborative Innovation
The collaborative community of vocational education teachers'teaching innovation teams is a new type of academic organization formed by Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.It aggregates national-level vocational education teaching innovation teams from the same professional fields across the country.This initiative represents an innovative move to accelerate the high-quality development of vocational education and dual-qualified teacher teams in the context of the new era.Since there are no mature experiences in the education sector to draw upon,it is necessary to conduct interdisciplinary research and overcome practical difficulties.Currently,these collaborative communities generally face challenges such as achieving uniformity but difficult to integrate due to geographical dispersion and issues in the sharing process caused by ambiguous communication,which hinder the rapid development of the community.Therefore,using the collaborative community in the field of next-generation information technology as an example,and based on the theory of collaborative innovation,this study explores the construction of organizational models and optimal pathways for collaborative communities.It investigates methods to maintain adaptability,flexibility,openness,and reliability in external collaborative innovation bodies,providing significant theoretical support and practical guidance for designing and building collaborative communities in vocational education innovation teams related to emerging industries.
