新质生产力作为经济发展新动能,其形成和发展依赖于新质人才与技术创新的双轮驱动.职业教育作为直接对接产业发展前沿的教育类型,致力于培养具有实践操作能力和创新思维的应用型人才,而科教融汇作为职业教育发展新方向,正引领着职业教育教学改革与创新,发挥着赋能新质人才培养、加速科研成果转化的效用.通过对新质生产力本质内涵、职业教育科教融汇价值意蕴的梳理,明晰职业教育科教融汇与发展新质生产力间的内在逻辑,从构建"四链一体"创新生态、搭建技术转移与成果转化平台、培养适应战略性新兴产业和未来产业的新质人才三维度,探索职业教育科教融汇赋能新质生产力形成与发展的路径.
The Internal Logic and Practical Pathways of Empowering New Quality Productivity through the Integration of Science and Education in Vocational Education
New quality productivity represents a novel driving force behind economic growth,thriving on the synergy between innovative talents and technological breakthroughs.Vocational education,as a type of education directly connecting with the cutting-edge of industrial advancement,dedicates itself to fostering application-oriented talents equipped with both hands-on operational skills and creative thinking.The integration of science and education,as a burgeoning direction in vocational education's evolution,is steering vocational education teaching reforms and innovations.This integration plays the role in cultivating talents with new quality and facilitating the transformation of scientific research achievements.This paper dissects the essence and connotation of new quality productivity alongside the value implication of integration of science and education within vocational education.It illuminates the internal logic between scientific-educational integration in vocational education and the development of new quality productivity.Through establishing a holistic"four-link integration"innovation ecosystem,creating platforms for technology transfer and achievement transformation,and cultivating talents that align with strategic emerging industries and the industries of the future,this study explores pathways for the integration of science and education in vocational education enabling the formation and development of new quality productivity.
