摘要

清晰的人才培养目标是职业本科院校实现人才培养模式改革与创新的重要前提,在"职普融通"的时代背景下,在职业性和教育性跨界融合的特征取向下,职业本科院校在实现"技术人"培养目标的同时,还需注重职业核心素养的培养,以实现立德树人的人才培养目标.因此,对于现代化的职业本科教育,引入课程思政不仅是顺应社会发展的现实需要,也是实现高校立德树人人才培养目标的基本要求.

Abstract

A clear goal of talents training is an important prerequisite for vocational undergraduate colleges to realize the reform and innovation of talents training mode.Under the background of the era of"vocation and general integration",and the characteristic orientation of cross-border integration of occupation and education,vocational undergraduate colleges should pay attention to the cultivation of professional core literacy,while realizing the goal of"technical personnel"training,so as to realize the goal of cultivating talents through moral education.Therefore,for the modern vocational undergraduate education,the introduction of curriculum ideological and political education is not only conforming to the practical needs of social development,but also the basic requirement of achieving the goal of cultivating talents through moral education in colleges and universities.
