Modular Teaching of Team Collaboration among Vocational College Teachers Based on"Course Independence,One Lesson and One Enterprise"
Modular teaching through team collaboration is an important task in the reform of national vocational education.The basic requirements of modular teaching through team collaboration are the"combination of full-time and part-time teachers and multiple teachers in one lesson".The traditional model of teaching organization and management with departments and school management departments as the main responsibility bodies cannot adapt to the more refined requirements of modular teaching through team collaboration.Through the reform of curriculum independence,the scattered resources and conditions of the curriculum are allocated to each course,making the curriculum a relatively independent whole,with tasks delegated,and the curriculum group being the main responsibility for modular curriculum construction,teaching,and management.The initiative and creativity of the teacher team of curriculum group are leveraged.After the independence of the curriculum,school-enterprise cooperation is implemented at the curriculum level,at least achieving"one course and one enterprise",and solving problems such as the"combination of full-time and part-time teachers"and the formation of teams with"multiple teachers in one lesson".The departments and school teaching organization management departments have transformed their functions to provide macro guidance,service guarantee,organizational evaluation,and assessment to the curriculum group,and jointly promote the smooth implementation of modular teaching with the curriculum group.
