摘要
高职院校联合行业龙头企业、科研机构等主体建设行业产教融合共同体,是促进政行企校协同,推进教育链、产业链、人才链、创新链"四链"相融,实现职业教育供给侧改革的战略性举措.作为促进行业高质量发展的新型组织形态,建设行业产教融合共同体是助推职业教育内涵发展的动力之源,提升职业教育人才培养质量的关键所在,培育新质生产力的重要引擎.新质生产力视角下,高职院校在赋能共同体建设过程中需要克服价值差异凸显、主体权责不清、人才供需失衡等实践难点.因此,提出重视机制建设,建立共同体长效运行机制;强化主体建设,搭建共同体高质量科创平台;重塑利益关系,优化共同体利益集群路径;凝聚育人合力,推动共同体多元协同育人的有效路径,赋能高职院校高质量推进行业产教融合共同体建设.
Abstract
Higher vocational colleges,together with industry leading enterprises,scientific research institutions and other main bodies to build an industry-education integration community is a strategic measure to promote the coordination among government,industry,enterprises and schools,promote the integration of education chain,industrial chain,talent chain and innovation chain,and realize the supply-side reform of vocational education.As a new organizational form to promote the high-quality development of the industry,the construction of industry-education integration community in the industry is the source of power to boost the connotation development of vocational education,the key to improving the quality of vocational education talents training,and an important engine to cultivate new-quality productivity.From the perspective of new-quality productivity,higher vocational colleges need to overcome practical difficulties such as prominent value difference,unclear subject rights and responsibilities,and imbalance between talents supply and demand in the process of enabling community construction.Therefore,it is proposed to attach importance to the mechanism construction,and establish the long-term operation mechanism of the community;strengthen the main body construction,and build the high-quality innovation platform of the community;reshape the interest relationship,and optimize interest cluster path of the community;gather the education force,promote the effective path of community diversified collaborative education,and enable higher vocational colleges to promote the construction of the industrial community of industry and education integration with high quality.
