Mode and Path of Vocational Ability Cultivation for Field Engineers in Manufacturing Industry—Based on the Exploration of Industry-education Integration Industry Community
In the manufacturing industry,the vocational ability of field engineers directly determines product quality,production efficiency,and the competitiveness of enterprises.The industry community model,as a new way of cultivating vocational abilities,is gradually showing its unique advantages in the vocational ability development of field engineers in the manufacturing industry.This model emphasizes multi-party participation and resource sharing within the industry,providing a comprehensive and systematic learning and development platform for field engineers through the combination of theory and practice.By analyzing the existing problems in the vocational abilities of field engineers in the current manufacturing industry,combined with the development trend of the manufacturing industry and the requirements of an education powerhouse for improving the quality of vocational education,this paper proposes an industry community vocational ability cultivation modeand its implementation path,providing a new practical model for the cultivation of high-quality talents in vocational education.
