基于产教融合共同体破壁效应的中国特色学徒制研究与实践——以杨凌职业技术学院为例

在现代职业教育体系建设背景下,分析了行业产教融合共同体助推现代职业教育发展的潜在作用,通过对其"破壁"效应进行研究,认为行业产教融合共同体将通过产业引领、高校驱动、职教需求等方面推动职业教育的高质量发展,进而分析基于行业产教融合共同体的中国特色学徒制推进的内在逻辑,阐述行业产教融合共同体在破解传统学徒制平台不稳、动力不足、机制不畅等问题上有利因素,最后以杨凌职业技术学院建筑工程技术、工程造价专业为例,对产教融合共同体助推中国特色学徒制的做法和经验做了说明.
Research and Practice on Apprenticeship System with Chinese Characteristics Based on"Wall-breaking"Effect of Industry-education Integration Community—Taking Yangling Vocational&Technical College as an Example
In the context of the construction of a modern vocational education system,the potential role of industry-education integration community to promote the development of modern vocational education is analyzed.Through research on its"wall-breaking"effect,it is believed that the industry-education integration community of industry will promote the high-quality development of vocational education by industry leadership,universities-driven,and vocational education needs,and so on.And then we analyze the internal logic of promotion of the apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics based on the industry-education integration community of industry,and explain the favorable factors of the community in solving instability,lack of power,poor mechanism and other problems of the traditional apprenticeship platform.Finally,taking the construction engineering technology and engineering cost majors of Yangling Vocational&Technical College as an example,the practice and experience of the community of industry-education integration to promote the apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics are explained.
