劳模工匠精神是劳模精神和工匠精神的两位一体，蕴含着爱国主义精神、爱岗敬业精神和创新发展精神的内核。中国式现代化离不开生产发展，劳模工匠精神直接关系着大国工匠的培育和社会主义现代化建设。中国特色学徒制是培育弘扬劳模工匠精神的重要载体，将弘扬劳模工匠精神融入中国特色学徒制的全方位全过程，培育具有崇尚劳动、敬业守信、精益求精、敢于创新的中国特色现代学徒，对推动中国特色学徒制高质量发展，打造现代职业教育体系，推进和拓展中国式现代化进程具有理论和现实意义。
