Research on the Core Competitiveness Assessment System of Professional Groups of"Double-high Plan"—Taking Beijing College of Finance and Commerce as an Example
High-level professional group is the core of the construction of"double-high plan",and it is necessary to actively build a scientific and effective assessment system to guarantee the achievements of professional group construction.The article explains the significance of the study from the three levels of the country,society and school,discusses the six dimensions of the assessment system combined with the nine major tasks of the professional group of the"double-high plan",and presents specific practices in the form of text and charts,qualitative and quantitative,and multi-form assessment,and establishes a dynamic adjustment mecha-nism for the implementation of the winners and losers of the A,B,C,and D grade majors,and forms a set of forward-looking as-sessment system,to help high-qualitydevelopment of professional groups of"double-high plan"
