五大体系视域下加强高校干部队伍建设研究——以天津某高校为例

党的二十大报告指出:"建设堪当民族复兴重任的高素质干部队伍。"因此,全面建设社会主义现代化国家,必须有一支政治过硬、适应新时代要求、具备领导现代化建设能力的干部队伍。以天津某高校为例,以习近平总书记提出的干部工作五大体系为指导思想,对当前高校干部队伍存在的问题进行深入调研和分析,提出针对性建设举措,为同类高校进一步加强干部队伍建设,下好"长远棋"指明具体路径,有一定的借鉴和参考意义。
Research on Strengthening the Construction of University Cadre Team from the Perspective of Five Major Systems—Taking a Certain University in Tianjin as an Example
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has pointed out:"Building a high-quality cadre team that can shoulder the heavy responsibility of national rejuvenation".To comprehensively build a socialist modernized country,it is necessary to have a cadre team that is politically strong,adaptable to the requirements of the new era,and capable of leading modernization construction.This article takes a certain university in Tianjin as an example,and takes the five major systems of cadre work proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping as the guiding ideology to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the problems existing in the current cadre team of colleges and universities,proposes targeted measures for construction,and provides specific paths for similar colleges to further strengthen the construction of the cadre team and make good"long-term moves",which has certain reference and significance.
