Research on Strengthening the Construction of University Cadre Team from the Perspective of Five Major Systems—Taking a Certain University in Tianjin as an Example
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has pointed out:"Building a high-quality cadre team that can shoulder the heavy responsibility of national rejuvenation＂.To comprehensively build a socialist modernized country,it is necessary to have a cadre team that is politically strong,adaptable to the requirements of the new era,and capable of leading modernization construction.This article takes a certain university in Tianjin as an example,and takes the five major systems of cadre work proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping as the guiding ideology to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the problems existing in the current cadre team of colleges and universities,proposes targeted measures for construction,and provides specific paths for similar colleges to further strengthen the construction of the cadre team and make good"long-term moves",which has certain reference and significance.
