The Development of New Quality Productivity and the Innovative Paths of Cultivating New Business Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges
The development of new quality productivity puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of new business talents in higher vocational colleges.However,at present,higher vocational new business education still exists problems,such as inaccu-rate talent positioning,insufficient integration of production and education,unscientific curriculum setting,unreasonable construc-tion of teaching staff,and inadequate practical teaching.The talents training paths are put forward as the following:accurate posi-tioning to cultivate high-standard business talents who adapt to new quality productivity;further promotion of the integration of production and education to energize enterprises with emerging new quality productivity;reconstruction of the new business majors and curriculum system to integrate advanced science and technology required by new quality productivity into teaching;building a transboundary teaching staff to drive the construction of new business majors in Higher Vocational Colleges and help the labor ob-ject elements of new quality productivity break through the material form barrier;conformity with the needs of industries and enter-prises,carrying out practical teaching to cultivate high-skilled and innovative talents needed by new quality productivity.
