职业教育"岗课赛证"实践进路与测评框架构建

"岗课赛证"育人模式综合集成了企业、学校、政府、行业四大系统的育人要求,其本质是多元主体、产教融合、工学一体协同育人,其核心特征是"学习内容是工作,基于工作的学习",遵循职业类型教育的实践性、职业性和开放性特征,可构建"岗课"融通、"课证"融通和"课赛"融通三种典型模式.基于概念框架从评价要素、评价基准、评价内容和评价主体构建一个多元、开放、全过程的职业教育"岗课赛证"评价体系,为推进"岗课赛证"发展提供实践指南和指引路径.
Practical Approach and Evaluation Framework Construction of"Post,Course,Competition and Certificate"in Vocational Education
The comprehensive education model of"post,course,competition and certificate"integrates the education requirements of the four major systems of enterprises,schools,governments and industries.Its essence is the collaborative education of multiple subjects,the integration of industry and education,and the integration of work and study.Its core feature is"the learning content is work,and the learning based on work",following the practical,vocational and open characteristics of vocational type education.Three typical models of"post-course"integration,"course-certificate"integration and"course-competition"integration can be con-structed.Based on the conceptual framework,a multi-dimensional,open and full-process evaluation system of"post-course-certificate-competition"is constructed from evaluation elements,evaluation benchmarks,evaluation contents,and evaluation sub-jects,in order to provide practical guidance and guidance path for promotingthe development of"post-course-competition-certificate".
