The reform of mixed ownership school-running in vocational education is an important direction for the future development of vocational education in China.It plays an important driving role in further activating various educational resources in society and establishing an open and inclusive modern vocational education system.Property rights management is a core issue in the mixed ownership school-running reform of vocational education in China.In past reform practices,there have been many problems such as lack of standards for asset evaluation,unclear definition of property rights,incomplete management system,and not smooth market transactions,which have affected the process of reform and development.In order to promote reform and development in an orderly manner in the new era,it is necessary for government departments to strengthen top-level design,improve corresponding laws,regulations,and institutional construction,clearly define the ownership of vocational colleges,improve the management system of vocational colleges,establish and improve the property rights management mechanism of vocational colleges,cultivate internal motivation for all sectors of society to participate in vocational education investment and operation,and promote the sustainable development of mixed ownership reform in vocational education in China.
