Problem Diagnosis,Root Cause Perspective and Strategy Orientation of Faculty Building in Industrial Colleges of Higher Vocational Colleges
The construction of high-level faculty is the core cornerstone of modern vocational education to achieve high-quality de-velopment,and high-quality,professional,cooperative and innovative faculty is the key for industrial colleges to realizing the vi-sion of educating people,driving industrial upgrading and shaping innovative characteristics.Focusing on the current practice ecol-ogy of faculty in industrial colleges,we systematically analyze and refine the multi-dimensional problem characteristics of the fac-ulty construction process,such as the conflict of faculty construction based on the background of multi-dimensional cooperation,the misconduct of the faculty management mechanism under the institutional defects,and the imbalance of the development of the faculty under the constraints of the individual factors.The root causes of the problems are analyzed from three core dimensions,namely,the differences in cooperation among multiple subjects,the effectiveness of teaching team collaboration,and the degree of satisfaction of individual teachers'needs.We propose the strategy orientation of establishing an appropriate management mecha-nism for the in dustrial college faculty,reshape the ecology of the teaching team with mutual trust and reciprocity,and give full play to the effectiveness of individual teachers'resources.The aim is to build a governance structure of the faculty team that is suit-able for the characteristic needs of industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges,and to promote the effective implementation and sustainable development of their faculty construction.
