摘要

职业教育与技能型社会紧密共生.职业教育促进技能型人力资本的增值与积累,技能型社会为职业教育高质量发展保驾护航.职业教育在赋能技能型社会建设过程中,仍存在协同治理乏力、正向激励不足、技能供给错配等实然困境.基于此,提出优化技能多元治理格局、增强职业教育适应性、回归以人为本的技能观是职业教育赋能技能型社会建设的有效途径.

Abstract

Vocational education and a skilled society coexist closely.Vocational education promotes the appreciation and accumula-tion of skilled human capital,and the skilled society escorts the high-quality development of vocational education.In the process of empowering the construction of a skilled society,vocational education still has real difficulties such as weak collaborative gover-nance,insufficient positive incentives,and mismatched skill supply.Aiming at the problems,the paper proposes that optimizing the diversified governance pattern of skills,enhancing the adaptability of vocational education,and returning to the people-oriented skill concept are effective ways for vocational education to empower the construction of a skilled society.
