The development of new quality productivity requires not only strategic talents who can create new quality productivity and engineering and technical talents represented by excellent engineers,but also new high-quality industrial workers represented by craftsmen in large countries.The construction of industrial workers is very important to consolidate the ruling position of the Party and realize the strategy of manufacturing power.In the face of the current problems of insufficient total number of industrial workers and imbalance of structure,mismatch between skill training and demand,and lack of smooth career development chan-nels,this paper puts forward innovative paths to improve education and training system,improve incentive mechanism,and create a good atmosphere forthe construction of industrial workers.
