"新维度"高质量实施"新双高"建设

教育部、财政部系统设计规划布局"双高计划"建设项目,拟通过多轮项目建设,提升高职教育发展质量,打造中国职业教育的国际品牌。经过首轮双高建设,双高建设院校大幅提升自身办学水平,实现了职业教育自身强。以"办学能力高水平、产教融合高质量"为导向的"新双高"建设即将拉开帷幕,基于"新双高"建设的新理念与新变化,提出校准与地方经济的"契度"、增进与行业企业的"融度"、加强双师培养的"力度"、增强办学能力的"丰度"、提高数智赋能的"速度"、拓宽成长成才的"宽度"、加大办学机制的"开度"、提升国际影响的"誉度"八个方面实施"新双高"建设的新维度,提升职业教育的服务力与贡献力,使职业教育成为支撑国家战略和地方经济社会发展的重要力量。
The"New Dimensions"and High-quality Implementation of"New Double-high"Construction
The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance have systematically designed and planned the"Double-high Plan"construction project,which intends to improve the development quality of higher vocational education and build an international brand of China's vocational education through multiple rounds of project construction.After the first round of the construction of double-high,the colleges have greatly improved their own school-running level and realize vocational education self-strong.The upcoming construction of the"new double-high"is guided by the requirements of"high level of school-running ability and high-quality integration of industry and education".Based on the new concept and new changes in the construction of"new double-high",it is proposed the new dimensions to carry out the"new double-high"from eight aspects of calibrating the"fit"with the lo-cal economy,improving the"integration"with industry and enterprises,strengthening the"intensity"of dual-quality teacher train-ing,enhancing the"abundance"of school-running ability,improving the"speed"of digital intelligence empowerment,broadening the"width"of talents growth and success,increasing the"openness"of the school-running mechanism,and enhancing the"reputa-tion"of international influence,in order to enhance the service and contribution of vocational education and make it become an im-portant force to support the national strategy and local economic and social development.
