摘要
在京津冀协同发展战略背景下,从雄安新区职业教育基础薄弱与新区高起点、高标准定位间矛盾等现实问题出发,确立雄安新区职业教育发展定位、发展目标、发展层次与影响因素,以系统论为基础构建雄安新区现代职业教育体系,并对体系的要素、结构及功能进行研究.从学校体系构建、职教生态改善、专业设置优化、产教深度融合、服务能力提升、数字化水平提升、国际化品牌打造等方面提出雄安新区现代职业教育体系的建设路径,为雄安新区初步建设中高本纵向贯通、职普培横向融通、产城教跨界融合的现代职教体系提供一定的参考与借鉴.
Abstract
Under the background of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy,starting from the practical prob-lems such as the contradiction between the weak foundation of vocational education in Xiong'an New Area and the high starting point and high standard positioning of the new area,the development positioning,development goals,development levels and influ-encing factors of vocational education in Xiong'an New Area are established.The modern vocational education system of Xiong'an New Area is constructed on the basis of system theory,and the elements,structure and functions of the system are studied.The con-struction paths of the modern vocational education system in Xiong'an New Area is proposed from the aspects of constructing school systems,improving the ecology of vocational education,optimizing professional settings,in-depth integration of industry and education,improving service ability,improving digitization level,and building international brand,so as to provide reference for initial construction of a modern vocational education system in Xiong'an New Area,which is vertically connected with secondary,higher vocational and undergraduate education,horizontally integrated with vocational and general training,and cross-border inte-gration of industry,city and education.
