针对天津市人口老龄化问题,研究致力于开发一种集成医疗与养老的智慧健康养老模式,旨在构建智能医疗护理系统,革新养老服务,确保为老人生活照料与护理服务的紧密衔接.通过紧密连接医疗机构、社区及家庭,填补医疗服务与家庭护理之间的空白,尤其在老年人的功能维护、康复后照护、慢性病管理和预防保健方面.运用云计算、物联网和人工智能等技术,提升养老服务的质量和效率.该模式不仅增加了服务的实质价值,还构建了全面的产业平台,满足消费者对服务多样性和个性化的需求,促进社区互助,深化健康管理,从而实现从被动照护到主动预防的转变、从医院到社区康复的平稳过渡.
Abstract
In the face of the aging problem in Tianjin,the research is committed to developing an intelligent and healthy old-age care model integrating medical care and old-age care,aiming at building an intelligent medical care system,innovating old-age care services,and ensuring the close connection between life care and nursing services.The core is to fill the gap between medical servic-es and family care by closely connecting medical institutions,communities and families,especially in the functional maintenance of the elderly,post-rehabilitation care,chronic disease management and preventive care.Cloud computing,internet of things and artifi-cial intelligence are used to improve the quality and efficiency of pension services.This model not only increases the actual value of services,but also builds a comprehensive industrial platform to meet the needs of consumers for service diversity and personaliza-tion,promotes community mutual assistance,deepens health management,realizes the transformation from passive care to active prevention,and realizes the smooth transition from hospital to community rehabilitation.
