行业产教融合共同体的价值遵循、现实困境与实践路径——以金银珠宝工艺与商贸行业产教融合共同体为例

摘要
行业产教融合共同体作为一种新型的产教融合组织形态,遵循职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇的三维价值逻辑,但在实体化运行过程中还存在全周期协同育人难、跨区域资源整合难、激励性政策落地难等现实困境.金银珠宝工艺与商贸行业产教融合共同体聚焦行业建圈强链,深化组织、工作、师资等全要素的平等流动和双向融合,产生强劲的内生动力破解运行中的诸多现实困境,通过协同创新平台、公共实训工坊、海丝非遗工坊等多重平台的综合育人,形成"全要素融合、多平台支撑、双主体牵动"的共同体社会化运作路径,赋能教育链与产业链在全周期的深度耦合.
Abstract
As a new type of industry-education integration organizational form,the industrial industry-education integration com-munity follows the three-dimensional value logic of vocational and general education integration,industry-education integration,and science-education integration.However,in the process of actual operation,it still faces realistic dilemma such as difficulty in collaborative education throughout the entire cycle,difficulty in integrating resources across regions,and difficulty in implement-ing incentive policies.The industry-education integration community of gold and silver jewelry crafts and commerce sector focuses on building a strong industry chain,deepening the equal flow and two-way integration of all factors such as organization,work and teachers,and generating strong endogenous power to solve many practical difficulties in operation.Through comprehensive educa-tion on multiple platforms such as collaborative innovation platforms,public training workshops,and Maritime Silk Road intan-gible cultural heritage workshops,a community social operation path of"full-factor integration,multi-platform support,and dual-subject traction"is formed,enabling the deep coupling of the education chain and the industrial chain throughout the entire cycle.
