Analytical Exploration of Paths for Vocational Colleges to Serve Labor Education of Primary and Secondary School Students
Fully utilizing the professional strengths of vocational colleges to conduct career initiation education and practical labor education for primary and secondary school students,and guiding youngsters to build the idea of serving the country and achieving success through skills,is an effective path for promoting the integration of vocational and general education.As educational institu-tions specializing in skills development and training,vocational colleges bear obligatory responsibility in facilitating labor education for primary and secondary school students.However,there are still existing deficiencies and lacking systematicness in the research and practice of vocational colleges to serve labor education of primary and secondary school students.Therefore,it is urgent to estab-lish a scientific and comprehensive theoretical framework,as well as practical paradigms,to guide vocational colleges in better serv-ing labor education for primary and secondary school students.The article systematically expounds on the practical paths for voca-tional colleges to serve labor education,from endogenous necessary demands,theoretical foundation and connotation,ecological im-plications,and practical paths.It proposes some feasible education concepts and implementation model,aiming to provide a refer-ence for enhancing higher vocational colleges in serving labor education for primary and secondary school students.
