Promoting Vocation through Culture:the Practical Dimension of Cultural Identity in Indian Vocational Education
The prerequisite for achieving social recognition of vocational education lies in enhancing the public's identification with vocational education culture.The key to strengthening this cultural identification is to increase the appeal of vocational education el-ements to different communities.Vocational education cultural identification is a vocational education cultural consciousness reached through individual and social interaction,encompassing elements such as technical culture,industrial culture,environmen-tal atmosphere,and social concepts.From an international comparative perspective,the practical dimension of India's vocational education cultural identification is led by the dissemination of technical culture,centered on the innovation of industrial culture,bridged by the creation of a favorable environmental atmosphere,and grasped by transforming social concepts.These four cultural elements are integrated and synergistic,collectively enhancing the adaptability,awareness,confidence,and attractiveness of India's vocational education culture.This has also contributed a unique"Indian path"to the global enhancement of social attractiveness.
