[目的]研究灰树花在9种不同的母种试管培养基上菌丝的生长情况以及不同碳源、氮源对其菌丝生长的影响.[方法]在各组试管及平板培养基上分别接入同等大小的灰树花菌丝块,定期观察、记录培养基上菌丝的生长状况.[结果]在配方B,即综合马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂(PDA)培养基上满管时间最短(18d),长势(菌丝洁白、分支多,菌落完整、浓密)最好;在供试的5种碳源中最佳碳源是果糖;在供试的7种氮源中最佳氮源是牛肉膏,有机氮源比无机氮源更适合于灰树花菌丝生长.[结论]PDA综合培养基为灰树花母种最佳培养基;平板培养基中,最佳碳、氮源分别是果糖和牛肉膏.
[Objective] To study the growth conditions of Crifola frondosa on 9 different kinds of mother culture media and effect of different carbon and nitrogen sources on mycelium growth. [Methods] The same mycelia block was put into tubes and plates in each group to observe and record and shoot growth conditions of Crifola frondosa. [Results] In the formula B, namely, integrated PDA medium, had the shortest full pipe time (18 d), the growth vigour (mycelium white, branch number, colony integrity, thick) was better than any others; fructose was the best carbon source in 5 tested carbon sources and beef extract was the best nitrogen source in 7 tested nitrogen sources. Organic nitrogen was more suitable growth of Crifola frondosa than inorganic nitrogen sources. [Conclusion] Integrated PDA medium is the best formula of mother culture medium for Crifola frondosa; fructose and beef extract are the best carbon and nitrogen sources.
