Study on the regularity of medicine in the treatment of diarrhea used by traditional Chinese medicine master XIONG Jibo
To analyze the experience of Professor XIONG Jibo in treating diarrhea by data mining.Based on the software of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance assistant platform(V3.0),the outpatient case data of the patients with diarrhea treated by Professor XIONG Jibo in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of TCM were analyzed and summarized,and the data mining and analysis were carried out by using the statistical methods such as association rules and complex system entropy clustering of the software.To summarize the character and taste,meridian tropism,frequency of application,frequency of tongue and pulse,and the combination of drug pair,and combine with professor XIONG Jibo's understanding of etiology,pathogenesis,principle and method of treatment of diarrhea,make clear the core medication,and explore the regularity of diagnosis,treatment and medication.Through summary and analysis,168 medical records were included.Amomum villosum,magnolia officinalis,coptis chinensis,radix aucklandiae,licorice root,poria cocos,atractylodes macrocephala,dried orange peel,pinellia ternata,and American ginseng.The medicinal properties were mainly warm,calm and cold,the taste of the medicine was mainly bitter,pungent and sweet,and the attributed meridians were mostly the spleen and stomach meridians.Concluded that Lianpu Decoction and Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction are the main treatment of diarrhea.On the basis of Lianpo Drink and Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction,XIONG Jibo,a national doctor,treated diarrhea with the principle of invigorating spleen and regulating qi and clearing heat and resolving drying dampness.
