Research advancement on chemical components,pharmacological effects and quality control of Zanthoxyli Radix
As a traditional medicine in China,Zanthoxyli Radix is often used for treating traumatic injury,rheumatism pain,toothache,stomachache and other diseases.The chemical components of Zanthoxyli Radix mainly include alkaloids,coumarins,lignans,flavonoids,etc.Zanthoxyli Radix has many pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial and anti-tumor effect.In this paper,the chemical components,pharmacological effects and quality control of the Zanthoxyli Radix were summarized to provide references for the clinical study and quality evaluation of the Zanthoxyli Radix.
